These beneficial calcium and magnesium minerals are found water.
The EasyWater keeps these minerals in the water without them resulting in hard water buildup. Salt type water softeners remove the calcium and magnesium and replace them with twice the sodium. Liz Lipski, PhD, CCN, co-founder, director of InnovativeHealing.com and author of Digestive Wellnesss says, “Using water softeners to de-mineralize drinking water may reduce some of the potentially helpful effects. A water softener may help your plumbing, but it's hard water that is better for your health." (From WebMD article: The ABCs of a Healthy Skin Diet)
EasyWater gives you the health benefits of hard water and plumbing protection better than soft water.
AB2270, a water recycling bill before the California State Senate, has been deemed a water softener ban bill by the Water Quality Association. This new law is designed to promote recycled water use by setting and tracking progress of recycled water targets and removing barriers for recycled water use. This bill contains a provision allowing for an increase by local authorities to regulate salt type water softeners. Recycled water is wastewater from homes and businesses that goes through advanced treatment processes to remove bacteria and pollutants. Recycled water is used mostly for irrigation purposes, though additional uses exist under strict guidelines.
Should this bill pass, as it is expected to, California residents may find the need for an alternative to their salt type water softener. EasyWater is an alternative. EasyWater is an environmentally friendly alternative to a salt softener because it will condition the water and prevent limescale buildup without the use of sodium, potassium or other chemicals.
Protecting the environment is becoming more important to the American public. There are hundreds of websites dedicated to teaching us how to be green. When it comes to our water one easy way is with the FREIJE EasyWater, an alternative to traditional salt water softeners.
FREIJE’s work using electronic frequencies as water treatment began because of an environmental issue. One of Bill Freije’s customers in his manufacturers’ rep business contacted him with a pressing problem. The chemical laden bleed from the cooling towers was going into a small stream and the environmental authorities said it had to stop. This customer called Bill asking if there was a way to treat cooling towers without using chemicals. At first Bill said there was “no way”. Nearly a month later the customer called back with even more urgency and asked Bill to try and find a way. After years of experimenting and testing that way was discovered. Now this innovative technology is available to the residential public through the FREIJE’s EasyWater system.
Salt type water softeners exchange salt for the calcium and magnesium in the water. Salt brine is discharged from self-regenerating water softeners into the sewer system. Desalination, the process to remove salt from water, is a very expensive process. Because it is so costly, most cities and towns do not remove salt at their wastewater treatment plants causing the salt to flow into the environment and water sources. This is becoming a big problem. In fact, several cities are trying to ban salt water softeners because of the damage this wastewater is doing to the environment.
That’s why, the EasyWater system is a great alternative to a salt water softener for anyone environmentally conscious. EasyWater systems use no salt and do not waste or discharge water. Water is a priceless resource and it is imperative to conserve and take care of it. Though the Midwest has more than enough to spare right now there are parts of the south and west are experiencing severe drought conditions.
The health hazards associated with excess salt intake are staggering. It’s amazing how much sodium is in fast food. Since nutritional information is posted on restaurant websites, it’s easy to see how much salt there really is. In fact, it’s no wonder why one in three adults in America suffers from high blood pressure, according to the American Heart Association.

While most focus on reducing their salt intake through their food, maybe its time you start with your water. Traditional salt water softeners add twice as much sodium to your water as they remove hardness through an ion exchange process
The FREIJE EasyWater is a simple way to condition your water without adding additional salt to your body. The sodium in salt softened water is absorbed by your skin when you shower. When you add that to the salt in the water you drink, you are adding a good amount of unnecessary salt. Just think about it. Where else are those 40 pounds of salt pellets going to go. The EasyWater is a water softener alternative that does not add salt or chemicals to the water. In fact, the EasyWater requires no maintenance at all.
So, if you’re looking to reduce your salt intake try the EasyWater and eat only the desserts at your favorite fast food restaurant since they have the some of the lowest milligrams of salt of all items on the menu. (Mc Donald’s Hot Fudge Sundae – 180mg; Burger King Small Strawberry Shake – 180mg; Wendy’s Medium Frosty – 200mg)
If you purchased a used home, you are buying used appliances that are more likely to fail and need repair or to be replaced. Homeowners should always do continuous maintenance on their home to keep things running efficiently. However, some issues require additional attention, like water conditioning. Many homes go without any type of water treatment and or have a traditional salt water softener installed to help with the water taste and feel. What most homeowners don’t understand is hard water is building up scale inside your pipes and appliances that use water, slowly reducing their effectiveness or shortening the lifespan. Even traditional salt water softeners don’t remove the risk of scale build up. These water softeners only delay the build up and have other health implications that home owners should consider.
A good way to see if you are facing any scale build up issues inside your appliances is look at your dishwashers. Locate the heating coil that heats up during the drying cycle. Does the coil look grey or even white? If so, you are seeing scale deposits forming on the coil. I have seen dishwashers with coils that are covered in a white hard crust that did not get hot enough to dry the dishes in the dry cycle. If you see this on your dishwasher you most likely have hard water issues. You may also notice that your shower heads are partially clogged and your water flow has dropped. This is another sign that you may have hard water issues.
The best solution for adding life to your homes plumbing and appliances is to install an EasyWater No Salt Water Conditioner system. The EasyWater system is not a softener, but provides similar benefits and is a great alternative to salt softeners. The Easywater system uses frequencies to change the structure of the water, which means it’s not removing the beneficial minerals of calcium and magnesium from the water. By conditioning the water this way, the EasyWater system will not only prevent most scale from building up, but will remove or reduce existing scale in your hot water heater, dishwasher, washing machine, and even your ice maker. Extending the life of your appliances and pipes helps you to stretch your dollars a lot farther.
As I begin to post to my blog I know potential customers will have questions and concerns. I hope to keep adding useful information to not only allow you to make an informed decision, but to help you understand you have an option other than a traditional salt water softener.
